From April through October we
run awesome white water rafting trips on the Kennebec River, the Dead River and the Penobscot River. These trips are ideal for groups, families and individuals. Best of all, no experience is necessary and Maine Whitewater supplies everything needed for YOUR personalized Maine adventure trip.
Our Bingham, Maine resort is over 55-acres (the largest in Maine) and is position all along the Kennebec River (it even has its own air-strip). Best of all, it's less than 30 minutes from civilization. This means you'll be staying l in Maine's "Great North Woods," but you can still go golfing, go to the theatre and more. Our other adventure resort base is located in Millinocket, Maine (right next to the entrance to Baxter State Park).
Maine Whitewater's resort facilities include
restaurants, pubs, private indoor changing facilities,
wash rooms, hot showers (for campers), Wi-Fi, RV camping sites (3 levels of power, water, and waste handling), tent camping and three levels of luxury rental cabins - that include all the amenities of home. We also have a base lodge, restaurant and pub!
To ensure maximum white water rafting fun,
we use only the best rafting equipment and the best "Registered
Maine Whitewater Guides." All you
need is the desire to have fun, and a willingness to
go for it!
 At the end of each day we gather in the base lodge
and show you slides of your rafting trip (which you
can search and then purchase (securely) by clicking here). After this, you can enjoy great
food and locally brewed beer at "Patrick's
Restaurant & Pub". You can also play pool, enjoy our game room, play volleyball, enjoy a camp fire or photograph Moose on a Moose Safari.
If you want to take a walk after dinner, you'll also
find beautiful hiking, biking and fly fishing along the banks of the Kennebec
River's "Rainbow Alley".
